• These terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) for this offer (“Flipkart & SBI YONO Offer”) are in addition to the Flipkart.com Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Flipkart.com. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
• All residents of India holding a valid and current:
  • (i) debit card issued by State Bank of India (“SE”); or
  • (ii) credit card issued by SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited (“SBICPS12), (each a “Card”); are eligible to avail the Offer.   • (iv) makes payment for the purchase using a Card or by using the internet banking facility of the Bank; will be entitled to receive cashback in the form of Gift card Balance equivalent to 5% of the total purchase value for the successful purchase transaction(s) up to a max of ₹750 made through the Website.
• In case of cancellation of your transaction(s) (for any reason whatsoever and either by the Cardholder or the seller or FLIPKART), the concerned purchase transaction will not qualify for the Offer.
