• These terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) for this offer (“Flipkart & SBI YONO Offer”) are in addition to the Flipkart.com Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Flipkart.com. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.
• All residents of India holding a valid and current:
  • (i) debit card issued by State Bank of India (“SE”); or
  • (ii) credit card issued by SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Limited (“SBICPS12), (each a “Card”); are eligible to avail the Offer.   • (i) clicks on the SBI YONO web-portal / mobile app; and (ii) thereafter is redirected to the FLIPKART.com website/ Mobile application; and
  • (iii) makes any purchase from the website/ Mobile application; and
  • (iv) makes payment for the purchase using a Card or by using the internet banking facility of the Bank; will be entitled to receive cashback in the form of Gift card Balance equivalent to 5% of the total purchase value for the successful purchase transaction(s) up to a max of ₹750 made through the Website.
• In case of cancellation of your transaction(s) (for any reason whatsoever and either by the Cardholder or the seller or FLIPKART), the concerned purchase transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If a part of your order is cancelled, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount you pay for the concerned purchase transaction (after accounting for the cancellation).
• In a scenario where the Cardholder returns the order, the Cardholder will not qualify for the Offer. If a part of your order is returned, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount you pay for the concerned purchase transaction (after accounting for the return).
• Gift Card (under this offer) details will be sent to phone number registered with Flipkart as per below dates:
• All existing offers or discounts etc. that are being offered on the Website can be availed by the Cardholders in addition to this Offer.
• Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank or FLIPKART to conduct further, similar or other offers.
