- Send ₹ 250 or more during the offer period using your Amazon app to friends/family and select customers will get cashback or unlock assured offers up to ₹ 2,000.
- Unlocked offer will be sent via Email/push notifications or SMS within 3 working days. Please update your email IDs & mobile numbers on the Amazon app. If you win cashback, it will be credited as Amazon Pay balance within three working days
- You will receive one SMS to notify you about the “Unlocked Offer” and give you the link which can be used to COLLECT the offer
- You will have to MANDATORILY collect the unlocked offer to avail the cashback amount
- Alternatively, to collect unlocked offer, go to: Amazon App -> click on “Offers” on Amazon App home page -> click on “your rewards” -> collect your unlocked offer
- “Send Money” feature is available only on Amazon Android App (version 18.5 or above)

Q5. I do not see Send Money, what should I do?
Send Money is only available on mobile app for Android customers. You must have the latest version of the Amazon app downloaded from the Google Play store in order to access Send Money. You will not be able to use Send Money on desktop, iOS mobile app, tablet or mobile web. If you are not on the latest version, kindly update your app.

You will receive Unlocked Offer via Email or push notifications or SMS. You need to update your email IDs/phone numbers in the account settings of your Amazon app. Please subscribe to push notifications, if you are un-subscribed

You can view & collect your Unlocked Offer under “Your Rewards” section available only on Amazon App. Go to Amazon App -> click on “Offers” on the Amazon home page -> click on “Your rewards” to find all the eligible Offers.
